Ghee

Tea
As per PFA: Total ash (on dry basis), Ash soluble in boiling water, Ash soluble in dilute HCl, Boiling Extract, Alkalinity of soluble ash, Crude Fibre (on dry basis), Added colour

Edible Common Salt
As per PFA: Description, Moisture, NaCl, Matter soluble in water other than NaCl (on dry basis)

Iodized Salt
As per PFA: Description, Moisture, Sodium chloride NaCl, Matter insoluble in water, Matter soluble in water other than NaCl, Iodine Content

Ground Nut Oil
As per PFA: Description, Mineral Oil, Rancidity, Butyro refractometer reading at 40°C, Saponification value, Iodine value, Unsaponifiable Matter, Acid Value, Bellion test (Turbidity Termperature – Acetic Acid Method)

Rape Seed Oil
As per PFA: Description, Mineral Oil, Butyro refractometer reading, Saponification Value, Iodine Value, Unsaponifiable Matter, Acid Value, Bellier Test (Turbidity Temperature – acetic acid method), Test for argemone oil, Test for Hydrocyanic acid
