Phentermine and food

Phentermine is a widely used diet pill which helps the use lose weight by suppressing their appetite. Though obese users have found that it helps them lose weight, it also has adverse side effects like insomnia and is not recommended for patients suffering from chronic ailments like high blood pressure. Phentermine should taken only in the morning or afternoon to minimize the adverse effects of the pill. It should be taken after consulting a doctor.

When a user takes a Phentermine pill, the hunger signal to the brain which makes a person want to eat food is suppressed. It effectively tricks the brain into not thinking about food or not wanting to eat food at all. Many Phentermine users eat only one small meal during the day and find it difficult to eat more food. However, they should take care to ensure that their body receives enough nutrients and fiber or their health will be adversely effected. All food should be eaten at least two hours before going to sleep, so that it is properly digested.
